is an IRS Determined Non-Profit Corporation that provides for the needs of the suffering and under served populations living on the streets of our communities. 

SAFE is the acronym for Spectrum of the Arts Foundation for Education. Our SAFE Ranch program provides stable permanent homes within a therapeutic environment; that supports a healthy recovery towards self sustainability. SAFE Ranch keeps individuals and our communities SAFE.
